Use after cleansing your face, use in the place of moisturiser. Put one pump into the palm of your hand, rub your palms together and lovingly massage this into your skin. Massage into the ends of your hair, I like to do it after I shower and my hair is still damp. Is lush and amazing as an all over body oil.
