A very special limited edition propolis tincture from my travels on the sacred island of Crete in Greece. These lands were once home to the ancient Minoan civilisation that had great reverence for the bee and the magic of the hive.
Every ingredient in this tincture has been thoughtfully sourced and is 100% Creation- supporting local small businesses here

Tsikoudia-
This special spirit has been produced in Crete for centuries, with its origins dating back to the Venetian rule. It is a grape-based spirit, distilled from the remains of the winemaking process, known as “strafylla” (grape pomace). The production of Tsikoudia is deeply intertwined with Cretan life, reflecting the island’s agricultural traditions and strong sense of community.
Propolis-
This is powerful stuff, seriously powerful... the most antimicrobial substance found on earth!
It is collected by the bees from the sap and resins of plants and transformed by the bees into a sticky substance they use to seal their hive with. This is part of the magic that makes the inside of a beehive the most hygienic place on earth.
Researchers have identified more than 300 compounds in propolis. Some people us it as an antidepressant, assist antibiotics and to help boost your immune system. Studies have shown that propolis has antiviral, anti-bacterial, anti-cancer and anti-inflammation effects.
